Deadly Print Studio provides website users with 3D printing files (hereinafter referred to as the Materials). Deadly Print Studio offers sales directly through this channel.
These terms and conditions, together with the Order, constitute a user’s offer to purchase the Materials from Deadly Print Studio in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein. This offer does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of any prior offer or proposal from Deadly Print Studio and will be deemed a rejection and counteroffer concerning any prior offer or proposal from Deadly Print Studio. Acceptance of any delivery of the Materials shall not be construed as acceptance of any prior offer or proposal nor as acceptance of any additional or different terms proposed by Deadly Print Studio.
This offer becomes an âAgreementâ upon its acceptance by the user. The user is deemed to have accepted this offer when the requested execution of the Order begins, the Materials are delivered to the user, this Agreement is accepted or confirmed in writing, or through any other act or communication that constitutes legal acceptance, regardless of whether such acceptance or confirmation intends to establish additional or different terms from those set forth herein. The Buyer hereby expressly objects to and rejects such additional or different provisions, and no such provisions shall be deemed part of this Agreement unless specifically accepted in writing by the user.

3. Agreement with Deadly Print Studio and Purchase Process
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to create a legally binding agreement between the user (Buyer) and Deadly Print Studio, ensuring the protection of both parties. The Terms and Conditions regulate the offer, acceptance of purchase, and delivery of 3D printing files to the Buyer. Deadly Print Studio offers its products exclusively to end-users with the express prohibition of reselling the products. An end-user is considered any person and/or entity accessing the Website for purposes other than their usual professional activity.
End-users who may acquire the 3D printing files must be registered on the website under the general Terms and Conditions.
3.1. How to Buy on the Website
Before placing any order, the user must choose the products, being solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the final characteristics and price of the purchase.
Purchases on the Website are made through the telematic means provided by the Website, requiring the user to complete the purchase forms with all the requested data, clearly detailed on the screen.
The screen will display detailed characteristics, as well as their prices. Items will be available until stock is exhausted. The prices displayed on the screen include taxes and are valid unless otherwise indicated.
When placing an order through the website, age confirmation will be required.
3.2. Formalization of the Purchase
Products must be selected (by clicking on them) and added to the shopping cart.
The cart will display the item, reference number, name, model, and price.
To complete the purchase, the Website will request the Buyer’s personal data if the user is not registered. 5. Returns and Withdrawal Policy
The items marketed by Deadly Print Studio through this website are of high quality. However, if for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order upon receipt or does not want the item, they have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal under the provisions of Article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and Article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
When the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal and returns the purchased product to Deadly Print Studio, they are entitled to a refund of the total purchase amount, including shipping costs, as well as the costs derived from the return.
To do this, the customer must notify Deadly Print Studio of their decision by completing the withdrawal form provided by Deadly Print Studio through this website. After completing the form, it should be sent within the stipulated period to the Customer Service department at Deadly Print Studio, either by postal mail to the address Calle Nobel, 4-6 Nave 10 (41927) Mairena del Aljarafe, Sevilla, (Spain) or by email to deadlyprintstudio@gmail.com. The written communication must contain the order number related to the items to be returned and precisely identify the items in question.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
We will process such reimbursement using the payment method employed for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their return.
For the customer to exercise their right to return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original packaging (if not returned in the original packaging, the item may depreciate in cost). A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Deadly Print Studio will verify the suitability of the returned product, reserving the right not to process the refund if it is found to not match the sent items, if the product has been tampered with or used, or if the return was not made in accordance with these Conditions.
The return must be made using the same box or packaging used for delivery or, failing that, in similar packaging that ensures the products are returned in perfect condition. Do not forget to include the withdrawal form.
Once the returned items are received and their condition is verified, Deadly Print Studio will process the refund of their amount according to the payment method used within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return, committing to reimbursement.
Deadly Print Studio will not accept returns after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item or the provision of any service (deadline set by law). In case of withdrawal from the contract by the customer and changes for reasons beyond Deadly Print Studio.
If the return is due to an error by Deadly Print Studio, such as sending an item different from the one ordered, Deadly Print Studio will cover the shipping and return costs, provided that the customer notifies it within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, offering the replacement of the item initially ordered or the refund of the amount paid if the former is not possible due to lack of stock. Refunds will be made through the same payment system used by the customer.
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. We will inform you if this or any exceptions to the General Law for Consumers and Users (contained in Article 103 LGDCU) applies to your particular case.
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from Deadly Print Studio by completing the withdrawal form included on the website. Deadly Print Studio will then be responsible for managing the cancellation on behalf of the buyer and must process the return within 14 days of the date Deadly Print Studio was informed.
Refund Policy for 3D File Purchases
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of 3D files are final. Once you have completed your purchase and downloaded the 3D file, we are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have received access to the digital product immediately after download and that no refund will be provided.
