FAQs
USPS re-activated
U.S. Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in U.S. shipping regulations, we were temporarily unable to ship via our usual postal service, including USPS. But we’re happy to announce that as of October 6, 2025, shipping to the U.S. is open again!
Tariffs and Shipping Costs
The U.S. government has introduced a 15% tariff on imports from the European Union. For now, Deadly Print Studio will absorb these additional costs, so there’s no impact on your order total.
Additionally, Correos Spain (our postal carrier) has increased shipping costs from €1 to €4 per package. We’re also covering this extra cost ourselves.
Free Shipping Threshold
To help offset these added expenses, we’ve slightly adjusted our free shipping minimum for U.S. orders—from €75 to €90. We hope you understand and appreciate your continued support as we work to keep prices fair.
Thank You
We truly appreciate your understanding and support during these changes. Your loyalty helps us continue delivering the best service possible.
New shipping to US and Canada (FedEx)
United States
We now ship to the U.S. via Correos/USPS, and FedEx.
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. FedEx remains the fastest and most reliable option, while USPS and Correos offer more affordable alternatives.
Free Shipping:
We now offer free shipping to the U.S.!
However, due to higher shipping and handling costs, the minimum order amount required for free shipping has increased.
You can find all the details in the dedicated article in our FAQ.
Tariffs and Customs:
We declare a lower package value to help reduce potential customs fees, but we can’t cover all import charges from Spain. Thank you for your understanding.
Canada
We’re currently unable to ship to Canada via postal services.
FedEx is the only available option for Canadian orders at this time.
We’ll bring back postal shipping as soon as it becomes available again.
About FedEx
We continue to test FedEx as a shipping partner. Feedback has been great so far, and if that continues, we plan to expand FedEx shipping to more countries soon.
Why is there a minimum order amount?
To ensure we can cover packaging and shipping costs, we require a minimum order of €11 for all physical deliveries.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! We’re based in Spain and offer international shipping for all our physical products.

Yes, you’re welcome to scale our .STL files to suit your needs. We provide high-quality models that should hold up well when resized. However, please note that we only include pre-supported files at the original scale.
Could I print your files in a FDM printer?
Our first Kickstarter campaign, “BattleFx,” was specifically designed for FDM 3D printers. However, all subsequent files have been created with resin 3D printers in mind, and we have not tested them on FDM machines.
What if my resin piece is damaged during shipping?

No need to worry—if your piece arrives damaged, we offer two options:
- A refund for the damaged item

Is the resin used for your bits strong?
Yes, absolutely! We only use high-quality ABS resin that is both strong and flexible. It’s durable enough for everyday use and can be easily drilled if needed.
If you prefer your resin to be less flexible, simply give it a few minutes in the sunlight to harden and reduce bendiness.

Yes! All our physical products are properly cleaned and prepared before shipping. Some pieces might have small remnants of 3D supports, but don’t worry—these are very easy to remove with minimal effort.
